You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the products or confirm availability for custom orders.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. All payments must be made in the currency specified on your invoice.

Payment is required before shipment unless alternative credit terms have been established. For approved commercial accounts, payment terms will be specified on your invoice and are typically net 30 days from invoice date.

  • Retain all packaging materials for damaged shipments

6.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

SSTRADE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR THAT USE OF THE PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Installation and Professional Services

9.1 Installation Requirements

Proper installation is critical for product performance and safety. Customers are responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
  • Following manufacturer installation guidelines
  • Obtaining necessary permits and inspections

9.3 Contractor Services

If SSTRADE recommends or refers installation contractors, these contractors are independent third parties. SSTRADE is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of contractor services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SSTRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSTRADE, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
